Create as many events as you need, publish the registration form on any page with a shortcode and manage your participants, all from your WordPress dashboard. **Features** * Unlimited events. There is no limit on the number of events, participants or registrations. * Customizable registration form (category, shirt size, club, location, etc.). * Automatic categories by age and gender, with reusable category sets. * Capacity control and waiting list per event. * Date-based pricing tiers, and free or paid registration. * Optional paid extras per registration (shirt, jersey, meal, etc.). * Bank transfer payment with manual confirmation from the dashboard. * Pair registrations (male, female and mixed pairs) with their own quota. * Automatic confirmation and reminder emails, fully editable per event. * Public event page with the event details, technical sheet and participants list. * Technical documents per event (route maps, regulations, GPX tracks). * Sample data included so you can see how everything works before your first event. Every feature listed above is included and works with this plugin alone. There are no license keys, usage limits, trial periods or locked features of any kind. **Available in 6 languages** The plugin is written in English and ships with translations for Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. It picks the language configured in your WordPress site automatically, so both you and your entrants see it in your own language. The privacy policy template is intentionally left in its original wording, since it refers to Spanish data protection law and you should adapt it to your own country. **Shortcodes** * `[wpcr_event]` – public page of an event (details, technical sheet, registration form and participants). * `[wpcr_form event="..."]` – only the registration form of an event. * `[wpcr_list event="..."]` – only the participants list of an event. * `[wpcr_event_list]` – list of upcoming events. **Optional extensions** The author distributes separate plugins that add specialised features not included here, such as results and classifications, mobile chip timing, RFID reading, CSV import and export, printable bib design, statistics reports, stage races and online payment gateways. Their code is not part of this plugin: install one of them and its own screens appear in the dashboard. ## Screenshots [⌊Public event page with the details, the poster and a countdown to the registration deadline.⌉⌊Public event page with the details, the poster and a countdown to the registration deadline.⌉[ Public event page with the details, the poster and a countdown to the registration deadline. There is no limit on events, participants or registrations. ### Does it work with any theme? Yes. The registration form and public pages integrate with the active WordPress theme. ### Does the plugin connect to any external service? No. The plugin works entirely on your own site and does not send data anywhere. ### Where is the participants data stored? In your own WordPress database. Paid, Payment pending and Refunded statuses are now shown correctly. * Fixed: recording a manual payment did nothing. It now marks the entrant as paid, saves the amount and adds the entry to the payments list. * New: payments can be cancelled from the Payments received tab, for refunds or registrations made by mistake. The entrant loses their place, it is freed up for someone else and the amount is marked as refunded. * Fixed: the entrant editor showed raw code in the Disciplines screen, its buttons were stuck together and Back left the dialog open. * Fixed: the Payments received tab was named the same as two other screens, and its table showed raw values such as “bank_transfer” or “REFUNDED”. #### 1.1.0 * The plugin is now translatable. Its interface is written in English and includes translations for Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, chosen automatically from your WordPress language setting. * Dates and times now follow the format you set in Settings General, instead of a fixed one. * The privacy policy template is kept in its original wording on purpose: it refers to Spanish data protection law, so adapt it to your own country from the event Options tab. #### 1.0.1 * Plugin renamed to “Sports Event Registration by CronoMeta”. * The extensions catalogue now links to each extension page. #### 1.0.0 * Initial release. ## Meta * Version **1.1.1** * Last updated **2 months ago** * Active installations **Fewer than 10** * WordPress Version ** 6.2 or higher ** * Tested up to **7.0.7** * PHP Version ** 7.4 or higher ** * Languages * [English (US)](https://wordpress.org/plugins/opcion5-sports-event-registration/) and [Spanish (Spain)](https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/opcion5-sports-event-registration/). * [Translate into your language](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/opcion5-sports-event-registration) * Tags * [events](https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/events/)[participants](https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/participants/) [races](https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/races/)[registration](https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/registration/) * [Advanced View](https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/opcion5-sports-event-registration/advanced/) ## Ratings No reviews have been submitted yet.
