The real purpose of the plugin is commercial link building for the adSimple Gmbh. This company has a really bad reputation at Austria's Chamber of Industry and Commerce WKO because of it's unfair business behaviour.

I'm using this plugin for all my customers because it has a lot of options for customizing the look and feel of the cookie bar. Simple and great!
And there is no link to the author required as was said before.
Just install it and check it by yourself.
